The Baby B'Air Infant Vest is a safety harness for 12- 24 months unticketed "lap children." It attaches to an adult airplane seat belt to ensure the child remains restrained at all times. It's a much-needed degree of insurance against sudden turbulence. The small neck opening fits a small infant newborn (16") to a large toddler (19"). It is FAA-tested and will keep your infant secure on your next flight.
