Money Savvy Pig Really Brings Home the Bacon
Want to teach your children fiscal responsibility but not bore them to death as you explain the importance of the dollar. Here’s how!
It’s never too early to start teaching your kids about saving money. Now with the Money Savvy Pig, your kids can save and learn with this cute trusty bank.
No more shaking your pig or smashing it open for your money, Money Savvy has redesigned the classic piggy bank to accommodate all different kind of spenders. Made of sturdy, clear, plastic, these pigs come in six different colors, and unlike most banks, they have four slots for four different chambers. These different chambers are labeled vertically in big white letters with the words “Save,” “Spend,” “Donate” and “Invest”.
Money Savvy is trying to teach children how to manage their money. With every bit of change they get, your child can put some away for ice cream later this week, and put the rest for that new bike. Then when they want to take some money out, they just open one of the pig’s hoofs that correspond with a specific chamber.
Each pig comes with a booklet teaching some valuable money saving tips, as well as sticker sheets so your kid can personalize their pig any way they want.
Not into pigs? That’s ok, because Money Savvy also has a cow and a football bank designed in the same structure as their pig.

What a cute and cleaver way to teach little ones about money! This will make a great Christmas gift for my six year old this year. We've been trying to teach him save his money, this might make it more fun for him :-)
