JetBlue Shakes Things Up $99 NY-Cancun or Bahamas Heading Down to $39

From now until January 13, 2010, JetBlue is offering incredibly low airfare rates starting as low as $39/one-way flight or the option to redeem as few as 5,000 TrueBlue points per flight with its Shake Up the New Year Sale. Visit over 55 available destinations from the Caribbean to New York City and out to the Midwest states and barely make a dent in your wallet.

The majority of destination departures are offered from Boston and New York, with flights ranging from $39 to $139 and destinations as far as Cancun, Mexico; Montego Bay, Jamaica; and San Francisco, California. Some destinations require a 10-day advance purchase, while for most city pairs travel dates are limited through March 24, 2010. Again, fares must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. MST on Wednesday, January 13, 2010.

Points in the TrueBlue program are based on dollars spent with JetBlue, which rewards passengers three points for every eligible dollar spent, plus double points (six per dollar) for purchases made through the JetBlue website.

Customers can also continue to accrue points by using the JetBlue Card from American Express: every $1 of eligible spending will equal 1 TrueBlue point, as well as double points for purchases made online.  To enroll in TrueBlue or to learn more about the program, visit www.jetblue.com/trueblue/newprogram.
