Mt. Hood Resort's $199 per N Summer Family Fun Package Gives Back $100 Resort Credit
The Resort at Mt. Hood, a premier golf, spa and ski destination located on the western slope of Mt. Hood in Oregon, invites families to take advantage of summer and enjoy the new “Summer Family Fun” package, available through September 7, 2010.
Don't let the kids pack their snowboards! The Mt. Hood ski resort -- known to have the longest season in the United States -- closed for the season on July 15th. However, their weather service says it's now 70°F (21°C) and sunny, and there's a scenic 13" snow base, with a 105" base mid-mountain.
The Summer Family Fun package is really about summer activities, and includes overnight accommodations in The Resort’s spacious, high-end guestrooms, as well as free children’s meals, a $100 credit valid for resort activities and $50 gift card to use for a future stay at the property.
“This package is perfect for families who want a fun getaway without breaking the bank,” said General Manager Frank Casarez. “With the wide variety of exciting activities at The Resort, every guest will have an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable time.”
Guests can experience all The Resort has to offer, including a game room, tennis and badminton courts, outdoor heated swimming pool, hiking and biking trails, lawn bowling, fitness center, 18-hole putting course and more. The $100 resort credit is good for activities including golf fees, recreation rentals, spa treatments or cuisine at one of The Resort’s three eateries.
Located less than an hour from Portland, The Resort at The Mountain boasts picturesque views, clear streams and ample opportunity for outdoor recreation in the Pacific Northwest. The Resort also completed $14 million in renovations and expansion in August 2009, and now is more ready than ever to accommodate families.
Package rates start at $199 per night, including the $100 per night resort credit and $50 gift card for future use. Other restrictions apply and rates do not include resort fee or gratuities.
