Well Stand Up Paddle Boarding is new thing to do in the Beaches of South Walton, Florida or the Beaches of Florida generally. Or probably anywhere with good weather and calm water.

We saw it here in Massachusetts. A family of tweens, Mom and Dad. Very funny. Very happy.

YOLO (You Only Live Once) is a brand of Stand Up Paddle Boarding that we got to know. Truth is, YOLO Boarding or Stand Up Paddle Boarding or Stand Up Surf Boarding is awesomely simple fun.

Wear what you like when you YOLO Board because the Stand Up Paddle Board is very stable. Find a little balance...keep those knees loose and off you go.

If you're near the Beaches of Walton in Florida, side trip up to Defuniak Springs.  Plenty of southern charm circles the shore of a perfectly round small lake. It's a winter home of the Chautauqua Institute.  And great little shops like the "Nook and Cranny" for local consignment and collectibles.
