Goby Launches First-of-Its-Kind iPad App for Travel

Goby.com, an “inspiration engine” that helps people find fun events, restaurants, and places to stay throughout the United States, has just announced a new app for the iPad.

Following in the steps of their increasingly popular iPhone app, the location-aware version for iPad provides fast and easy information with just three taps on the screen. Three categories, “What”, “When”, and “Where” allow you to narrow down your search until you’ve found just what you’re looking for.

Goby’s main goal is to decrease overwhelming amounts of internet search engine results and provide specialized information in a pleasing and clear format. Because Goby searches don’t use keywords, but instead only bring up relevant info, users are able to access the information they’re looking for without sifting through page after page.

Goby has four million unique things to do across 350 categories, and covers every town and city in the United States, so whether you’re planning a family hike, a beach getaway, a fun night out, or tying to find a place to eat, Goby is your go-to.
